101 in 1001

Instead of coming up with New Year’s Resolutions that I’ll forget about in 10-21 days, I’m revisiting the 101 in 1001. I did this before, back in 2009-2011, completing only 52 of the 101 things on my list. But looking back on it, I was able to get a lot accomplished—especially since that list spanned my first year of law school and pregnancy. This time, on 101 in 1001 Round Two, I think I can do better.

the mission: Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.
the criteria: Tasks must be specific (i.e., no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (i.e., represent some amount of work on my part).
why 1001 days?: Many people have created lists in the past – frequently simple goals such as new year’s resolutions. The key to beating procrastination is to set a deadline that is realistic. 1001 Days (about 2.75 years) is a better period of time than a year, because it allows you several seasons to complete the tasks, which is better for organizing and timing some tasks such as overseas trips or outdoor activities.

Looks like you have an awesome list! I don't think I could ever go without fast food for that long. I spend way too much time traveling, but I am sure you will see very positive health effects.

I went through the Dave Rasmey course and it made a big difference!
